Not every beauty brand that claims to be ‘Natural’ actually is. Products that don’t have all the nasties such as parabens, phthalates, petrolatum or silicone’s is what you should be looking out for in ‘real’ natural beauty products.
Or, you could just let us tell you what’s what.
We’ve rounded up some of our teams favourite natural beauty products we use and love.
Have you ever wondered what autumn smells like? Well look no further. American brand June Jacobs has managed to capture the scent of a pumpkin spiced latte and bottle it up with this gentle exfoliating mask.
The Perfect Pumpkin Peeling Enzyme Masque is made with 15% pumpkin extract. The enzymes from the pumpkin remove dead skin that clogs pores.
It is for all skin types, but especially good if you are prone to dryness. Pumpkin is naturally rich in essential fatty acids and vitamins A and C that will leave your skin feeling hydrated for longer. For those dry skin types, use this twice a week and you’ll notice you won’t be reaching for the moisturiser nearly as much.

One of our favourite up and coming brands is The Glow Lab; their products are beautifully packaged, affordable and ethically made.
Whilst they are a natural skincare brand (you won’t find a trace of parabens, sulphates, silicones and any other nasties in any of their products) they are not certified organic.
Their Gel Cleanser is for people who like to cleanse their skin with warm water, and is perfect for those of us who include our cleansing routine in our morning shower.
It’s a gentler feeling cleanser on the skin and is great morning and night if you’re looking for something light that will give you a deep clean.

Only Good’s Balance Natural Body Wash is 100% Natural, but not totally certified organic, although this body wash uses certified organic Aloe Vera as one of its main ingredients.
It’s an absolute favourite as we’ve started to stray from the heavily fragranced body washes, to a soap free alternative for gentler skin types.
This body wash is a personal favourite as its fragrance just makes you feel calm. A post yoga shower with some Balance Body Wash will help you embrace the day with a hippy skip in your step.
Hitting our shelves this month, is this absolute game changer. We adore a good micellar water and know how important it is as part of our skincare regime, especially if you wear makeup all day.
If you prefer something quick and easy then this is for you.
So quick and simple, the towelettes wipe off makeup but don’t leave your skin dried out.
Burt’s Bees products aren’t vegan friendly, as they are based on the benefits of honey and beeswax (hence the name ‘Burt’s Bees’) but their products are formulated without parabens, phthalates, petrolatum or SLS and are not tested on animals.
The towelettes are also sustainably made from repurposed cotton, so that’s a big thumbs up from us.
