Vive Active has announced the morning they have been acquired by F45. It is the first time F45 have acquired a fitness business in this way.

F45 has acquired Vive Active.

Vive has worked itself into quickly being one of the trendiest places to work out for the beautiful people of Sydney with studios in Double Bay as well as Brookvale and Neutral Bay.

Founded by John Keats it was the first of its kind in Australia, offering a workout on an individual pilates machine to music in a disco style room for a 50 minute class.

During covid the business pivoted to an at-home platform with at-home streaming and on demand classes, offering clients to purchase a pilates machine to use at home in conjunction with the on-line classes.

It is believed F45 will roll out the Vive brand across the US and internationally.

As far as consumers go, it is believed Vive is business as usual with more studios to open across Sydney soon.
