Innisfree from South Korea has opened a stand-alone store in Sydney (check out the special deals!)

Posted on March 21, 2019

Innisfree is South Korea’s biggest beauty brand.  It was established in South Korea in 2000, as the country’s first natural beauty brand and is sold in 14 countries.

The unique skincare brand was way ahead of its time with its natural beauty approach, especially for Asia. The concept is based on the founder’s grandmother’s beauty recipes she made in her kitchen. The base of the natural products ( and her recipes) initially was green tea.

Globally, this brand is BIG, with over 170,000 stores amassing over 19 years – and they haven’t yet gone into Europe or the UK.

A store opened in Melbourne last year, and a flagship store will open in Sydney soon, with the QVB store the first in New South Wales.

Innisfree have over 20 million patrons in Asia, the Middle East and now Australia. The natural ingredients hail from Jeju island, south of South Korea, a holiday location for Koreans looking to get back to nature and relax.

It is reputedly packed with natural ingredients now harvested in the skincare and makeup by Innisfree.

The brand is dedicated to making the world a better place through preservation, recycling, art, architecture and literature. The focus is on inner and outer beauty, and about caring as much for the environment as much as the outer appearance.

Innisfree is bringing Australians the chance to experience the South Korean trend before Europe or even London.
