Easy Gluten and Dairy Free Brownie Recipe

Craving something sweet but worried about over indulging? Here is a guilt free brownie recipe that will allow you to have your cake and eat it too.

Everyone loves to indulge in a sweet treat from time to time. But often the additives to cakes and pastries can upset stomachs causing discomfort. 

This gluten and dairy free recipe WILL satisfy those cravings while ensuring focus on the yummy taste and not the gurgling tummy afterwards. 

Not only is this sweet treat healthy, it is easy to make and takes only 40 minutes in the kitchen, so you’ll be biting into a brownie in no time. 

Prep time: 10 min 

Cook time: 25-30 

Gluten free, grain free, dairy free 

Preheat oven to 170°C

Ingredients to be combined in a bowl:

  • 3tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 1/4 cup dark chocolate
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 tsp dark cacao powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup crushed walnuts  


  • 1/4 cup sweetener 
  • Dairy free chocolate 
  • Oil of choice

(Melt together dark chocolate & extra virgin olive oil, allow to cool)


  • Add melted chocolate to combined mix and stirring well
  • Pour into square baking tin  
  • Cook 25-30 min
