No Bake Peanut Butter and Chocolate Protein Ball Recipe
Prep Time: 8 minutes
Refrigerate: 20 minutes
Moulding time: 10 minutes
Refrigerate: 10 minutes
1 Cup crunchy peanut butter (with as few ingredients as possible) – warm
60g low sugar protein powder
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup rolled oats
pinch of salt
2 tbsp chocolate chips
Method: Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips together well with a wooden spoon and possibly a fork – it will be tough at first, so ensure peanut butter is warm and water is also warm. It will quickly even out and ingredients will mix.
Do not use a blender as the crunch will be taken out.
- When mix is stirred, fully refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Take out and using a small ice cream scoop, scoop out balls of mixture and roll into smooth balls.
– Refrigerate and keep up to 1 week. Can also be frozen in airtight container.
