Recipe: Raspberry Protein Balls

Raspberry Protein Balls are the perfect recipe to make on a weekend. Just freeze them and take them out as pre or post workout snacks.

Raspberry Protein Balls are delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • ½ cup of shredded coconut
  • 1 cup fresh OR frozen raspberries
  • 3 large seedless dates
  • Chocolate coating (optional)
  • 40 grams dark chocolate, high percentage of coco
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Method

  1. Blast the almonds in food processor/blender of choice.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to food processor/blender and blend on high.
  3. Once well combined, roll into small balls.
  4. Place in fridge or freezer to set.

Tip: You can also roll them in extra coconut, crushed walnuts or cacao.
