Hydra-Hyal Intensive hydrating Plumping Concentrate RRP $100
The sleek design of this bottle effortlessly merges lab with beauty- the dropper feels tasteful yet assertive. The concentrate is a thick liquid that carries a summery smell with an efficacious air to it. I squeezed out a full dropper on my hand and began to work the product into my complexion only to realise I had seriously underestimated the power of it – it’s called concentrate for a reason.
Your satisfaction with the moisturising aspect of this serum will depend upon how dry your skin is and what you’re comparing it to. I have normal-to-dry skin and felt the serum penetrated deep into my skin with intensive moisturisation. With a combination of 4 types of hyaluronic acid, I noticed fine lines were ‘plumped’ out after only a few days of usage.
Time-Filler RRP $119
Hailed as a hero in youth performance by correcting wrinkles, the Time-Filler helps to hydrate the complexion and improve skin condition in just a few days. This cream gracefully glides into the skin and absorbs quickly to help relax the skin, making it look smoother. Again, the product has a signature French scent that is intoxicating yet simultaneously breezy and light.
You’ll find yourself opening this one at random points of the day just to soak up the scent. The cream contains a form of peptides that prompts the skin to produce more collagen, which in turn leaves it firmer and more taught. I would recommend using this one at night for maximum efficiency, as piling sunscreen and makeup over the top would seem sacrilegious.
Meso-Mask RRP $90
Of the four products listed here, this is by far the thickest of them all. I would liken this one to a lighter version of a clay mask – it’s a spectacularly creamy texture but it doesn’t dry down on the skin during use. Instead, it stays richly nourishing throughout the wear time contributing to a more enjoyable mask experience. Its dose of Rhamnose Polysaccharide relieves irritation, evens tone, and improves skin density for a younger-looking, more resilient complexion.
The box told me to apply a thick layer on the face and eye area and to leave for 15 to 30 minutes. This may seem a little longer than other masks on the market, but as mentioned in the Bible – wait, for your work shall be rewarded.
Optim Eyes RRP $79
Though unassuming in its frosted white bottle, this eye cream doesn’t fail in its intensity. With a 3-in-1 trifecta formula, this product was made to go the distance. This bestselling eye cream targets signs of fatigue while revealing fresher, rejuvenated eyes as soon as you wake up.
The optim-eyes cream is packed with vitamins silently hard at work, as well as amino acids and hydrating sweet almond oil. I noticed a reduction in puffiness after a few days, particularly when storing this product in the fridge as recommended.
