5 Easy To Follow Gluten-Free Breakfast Recipes To Love

Crunching Off To a Good Start

Ingredients:

50g serve of Freedom Foods Gluten-free Cornflakes

Coconut Yoghurt

Frozen Mixed Berries

Pepitas

Chia Seeds

Method:

Blend the frozen mixed berries with the coconut yoghurt. Pour into breakfast bowl. Top with 50g cornflakes, sliced berries and pepitas. Drizzle coconut yoghurt over the top. Enjoy.

Coconutty Start To Your Day

Ingredients:

Half coconut for serving (& eating after if you feel like it)

Blackberries Raspberries

Edible flowers Blueberries 50g

Crafted Blends gluten-free cereal

Method:

Fill the coconut half with 4 tablespoons of coconut yoghurt. Top with your favourite Crafted Blends cereal. Add some fresh berries of your choice. Decorate with edible flowers (they taste great too). Yummy.

Banana Puff Sushi

Ingredients:

1 ripe banana

50g Freedom Foods gluten-free Rice Puffs

Sunflower Seed Butter (Gluten-Free)

Method:

Slice banana into 2cm thick pieces. Spread sunflower butter around the outside of the piece. Put 50g Freedom Foods Rice Puffs into a ziplock bag and slightly crush with back of spoon. Roll banana pieces in slightly crushed Freedom Foods Rice Puffs to form a crunchy coat.

Morning Tropicana

Ingredients:

Papaya, cut in half

Coconut yoghurt

Pomegranate seeds

Raspberries

50g Active Balance Buckwheat & Cranberry, Ancient Grains Fruit & Seeds Muesli or Ancient Grains Flakes (or all three if you like).

Method:

Clean out the inside of the papaya. Fill papaya base with coconut yoghurt. Top with 50g of Freedom Foods Flakes of your choice. Add some fresh berries of your choice. Decorate with edible flowers.

Peachy Delight

Ingredients:

Freedom Foods Active Balance Buckwheat & Cranberry

Peaches

Honey

Coconut yoghurt

Fresh mint

Method:

Half peaches and spread a thin amount of honey on top. Grill for 5-10 minutes in oven at 180°C. Top with 1 tablespoon of coconut yoghurt while warm. Sprinkle some Freedom Foods Active Balance Buckwheat & Cranberry.
