  • 35g Bed Time Beauty – Red Velvet Cocoa (g)
  • 1 tbs raw cacao powder (or cocoa powder)
  • 12 cup rolled oats (if gluten-free, use brown rice flakes or quinoa flakes)
  • 50g white chocolate, roughly chopped
  • 1 cups cashews, soaked in water overnight & drained
  • 2 tbs coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tbs maple syrup (honey or rice malt syrup)
  • 3ml natural red colouring
  • 14 cup desiccated coconut, for rolling

How to make the bites:

  1. Place coconut, Bedtime beauty, cocoa, oats and white chocolate in a food processor and blend until fine. Add drained cashews, coconut oil, maple syrup and food colouring into a food processor and blend until a smooth paste. Transfer to refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.
