For the days when you’re starving hungry, but just too busy to make lunch, try adding rolled oats and coconut to your smoothie, this will not only give you a good boost of fibre and healthy fats, but it also helps to keep you fuller for longer too.

Ingredients:

50g The Fast 800 Vanilla Shakes Powder

5g desiccated coconut

10g rolled oats

300ml unsweetened almond milk

Method:

  1. Blitz all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Pour in a tall glass and enjoy.
