Aussie Health brand Body Science have released a new range of products to help detox in the new year.
Part of this new range includes hydrating instant tea powders, fat burning coffee and a clean vegan protein powder.

Clean Protein Packed Overnight Oats:
1/2 cup of rolled oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup of unsweetened unsweetened coconut milk (or almond)
1 scoop Clean Protein
Top with fresh raspberries, nuts & seeds (of our choice)
Method: Combine all ingredients and refrigerate overnight to enjoy in the morning. Or, blend all ingredients in food processor and enjoy cold for a healthy post-workout meal.
Clean Protein Coconut and Almond Paleo bread:
1 cup almond meal
2 tablespoons coconut flour
3 tablespoons flax seed meal
2 scoops Clean Protein
1⁄4 teaspoon sea salt
1 1⁄4 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon xanthan gum (to bind it)
1 1⁄4 cups unsweetened coconut milk (or almond)
3⁄4 cup egg white (about 190g, use a little more or less for an even batter consistency)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Method: Add all dry ingredients, then add in wet slowly. Bake in the oven at 190 degrees for 30/40 mins, or until cooked. Cool and serve.
