Getting that big booty happening just got a whole lot easier with Tammy Hembrow’s new app.

For some, the effects of Covid have meant intense dieting, strict daily workouts and a total mindset renewal. For others, its meant extra time watching Netflix, increased baking and perhaps an overconsumption of the recommended daily amount of alcohol or chocolate.

Tammy Hembrow, is a mother of two based on the Gold Coast who rose to fame on Instagram. She is well versed in the fitness industry, and boasts over 11.4 million followers.  the mother of all booty’s, has released a new (booty focused) program on her app, Tammy Fit V2 to help reach those goals.

The initial launch of the app in 2019 saw over a million downloads due to the promise of step by step workouts to get stronger and fitter as well as a 94% growth of downloads since March.

With a re-vamp of the app to cater for consumer requests, Tammy Fit has a new program which has a strong focus on growing that booty.  

The concept of the app is to provide an array of workouts, fit for any situation or goal in combination with meal plans to help along the way.

“I have included loads of new exercises. It’s the perfect program to do after the original home booty,” says Tammy Hembrow. “I get so many DMs asking how to target your side booty – so have added a workout completely focused on that area. I’m really excited about this program.”

“I think the booty program has been so popular because you can do the workouts anywhere with minimal equipment and it has always been appealing for mums that can’t make it to the gym.

Tammy says that with or without dumbbells, amazing results can be reached.

“Booty Bands are great at activating your glutes, I would definitely recommend incorporating them into your workouts,” adds Tammy.

“I would say about three times a week focus on your booty and then add in other workouts for different areas like upper-body or abs. It’s good to give your booty a rest to let the muscle repair and grow.”
