There’s nothing like a sweet acai bowl to brighten your day

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

Smoothie:

  • 150g Frozen Mixed Berries
  • Half Frozen Banana
  • ½ Cup Water
  • 1 Tbs Tropeaka Acai Berry Powder
  • ½ Tsp Vanilla Extract

Optional:

  • 1 Tbs Tropeaka Immunity Powder (This will make the acai bowl even sweeter and will help boost the immune system going forward into hay fever season)

Toppings:

  • 3 Tbs Muesli
  • ½ Tbs Natural Smooth Peanut Butter (Choose a peanut butter with as limited ingredients as possible i.e. just peanuts and water)
Directions:
  1. Whiz all the smoothie ingredients together in a blender
  2. Pour into a bowl
  3. Add the toppings

For Chia parfait

  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup of coconut water

  • 1 cup of coconut milk

Directions
  1. Mix chia seeds and agave in coconut water for 10 -15 minutes. Once gelled, chia is ready to use.
  2. In a high-powered blender, blend all ingredients for the smoothie.
  3. Divide the chia in 2 glasses.
  4. Top chia with the smoothie recipe, followed by desired additional toppings.

  • Stone & Grove Energy Blend Tea Bags
  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries
  • Water
  • Popsicle mould
Directions
  1. Heat water to 85 degrees Celsius and pour into a jug
  2. Steep Stone & Grove Energy Blend Tea Bags in serving jug (1 teabag per 200ml of water) for 10 minutes
  3. Cover the jug, place in the refrigerator and allow to cool for 1 – 4 hours.
  4. Remove from the fridge, pour tea into popsicle mould and garnish with the blueberries and raspberries.
  5. Place on a flat surface in the freezer overnight or until frozen.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
