- 150g Frozen Mixed Berries
- Half Frozen Banana
- ½ Cup Water
- 1 Tbs Tropeaka Acai Berry Powder
- ½ Tsp Vanilla Extract
Optional:
- 1 Tbs Tropeaka Immunity Powder (This will make the acai bowl even sweeter and will help boost the immune system going forward into hay fever season)
Toppings:
- 3 Tbs Muesli
- ½ Tbs Natural Smooth Peanut Butter (Choose a peanut butter with as limited ingredients as possible i.e. just peanuts and water)
Directions:
- Whiz all the smoothie ingredients together in a blender
- Pour into a bowl
- Add the toppings

Directions:
- Whiz all the smoothie ingredients except for the cacao nibs together in a blender

A coconut chia layer adds an extra nutritional boost to this layered parfait.

Ingredients
For Chia parfait
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 cup of coconut water
- 1 teaspoon honey/maple syrup/agave
For smoothie
- ¼ cup frozen pineapples chunks
- ½ cup mango chunks
- 1 chopped banana
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Pinch of cinnamon
For topping
- Fresh/frozen fruit
- Granola/cereal of choice
Directions
- Mix chia seeds and agave in coconut water for 10 -15 minutes. Once gelled, chia is ready to use.
- In a high-powered blender, blend all ingredients for the smoothie.
- Divide the chia in 2 glasses.
- Top chia with the smoothie recipe, followed by desired additional toppings.
Tea Infused Popsicles

Ingredients
- Stone & Grove Energy Blend Tea Bags
- Blueberries
- Raspberries
- Water
- Popsicle mould
Directions
- Heat water to 85 degrees Celsius and pour into a jug
- Steep Stone & Grove Energy Blend Tea Bags in serving jug (1 teabag per 200ml of water) for 10 minutes
- Cover the jug, place in the refrigerator and allow to cool for 1 – 4 hours.
- Remove from the fridge, pour tea into popsicle mould and garnish with the blueberries and raspberries.
- Place on a flat surface in the freezer overnight or until frozen.
- Serve and enjoy!
