Raspberry Protein Balls are the perfect recipe to make on a weekend. Just freeze them and take them out as pre or post workout snacks.

Raspberry Protein Balls are delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw almonds
- ½ cup of shredded coconut
- 1 cup fresh OR frozen raspberries
- 3 large seedless dates
- Chocolate coating (optional)
- 40 grams dark chocolate, high percentage of coco
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Method
- Blast the almonds in food processor/blender of choice.
- Add remaining ingredients to food processor/blender and blend on high.
- Once well combined, roll into small balls.
- Place in fridge or freezer to set.
Tip: You can also roll them in extra coconut, crushed walnuts or cacao.
