It’s time to get nude – at least when it comes to your nails.

Natural nails and nude skin tones are on trend right now

Women globally are spending more on nails than ever before, and nail trends can change in an instant.

Pale and natural shades are on trend, and were spotted on recent runways in New York including Donna Karan and Diane Van Furstenberg. A quick flick through any current international fashion magazine will confirm the same.

At last a beauty trend that is relatively low maintenance and perfect if you’re into fitness.

Following a rainbow hued beauty world of polishes we’re easing into summer with a natural look – and white is as daring as it gets for now.

OPI has some gorgeous shades including Samoan Sand and Bare My Soul.

The shape is short and square but not too sharp – again, a natural look and feel.

If going polish-free appeals, the new Micro Nail buffs smooths and polishes nails so they are instantly buffed, clean and shiny. It has two patented rollers you can use at home, to buff your nails in seconds.

So it saves time and makes nails look professional at home, in seconds. (RRP AUD: MICRO NailTM $59.99 | MICRO NailTM Rollers $19.99).
