We’re always looking for fab, health food inspiration, and instagram  is a great place to go to be inspired and find the latest practical, healthy balanced food ideas.

From instagram two foodie friends, Riki-Lee and Sharlene started a clean eats dessert pop up café on the Gold Coast and have just opened their first bricks and mortar store. The clever cooks post inspiration and the most delectable looking raw cakes – think cookies and cream and mint choc chip without the artificial nasties.

Nutritionist, PT and all around wellness expert Jacqueline Alwill, runs Brown Paper Bag Nutrition in Bondi.
This account is full of snaps that include delicious ways to eat vegetables plus local café hotspots and the odd scenic pic of Bondi Beach.

Bondi Beauty first met Monique at the Xtend Barre 60 Day Challenge brunch this year. This lawyer, cum nutrition coach now based in London shares salads, breakfasts and bread alternatives.

Jessica Sepel is a health coach on a mission. After finding peace with her body through studying nutrition she aims to inspire women to live cleanly and wholesomely. Watch out for her book coming out this year. We caught up with Jess a little while ago.

Kate Bradley’s instagram has gone bananas since launching her first cookbook in February. Kenko kitchen recipes are vegan, gluten-free and refined sugar free and look utterly scrumptious.
