The natural aroma of the roses, in combination with the essential oils will create a calming ambiance to lay back and let your skin soak in all the goodness from the vitamins and antioxidants that come from the fresh petals.

The oats have reparative effects on the skin whilst also easing inflammation.

Himalayan pink salt is a popular addition to many bath soak recipes for its ability to detoxify and naturally cleanse the skin of any impurities.

½ cup coconut milk powder

½ rolled oats

1 cup honey powder

2 cups milk powder

1 tbsp lemon zest

  4. Transfer to a glass container and shake to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated.

2 cups Epsom salts

30 drops lavender oil

½ cup dried lavender

Method:

  1. Combine the salts and dried lavender together.
  2. Stir in essential oil.
  3. Transfer to a glass container and shake to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated.
  4. Run a warm bath and add 1 cup of your mixture.
  5. Sit back and relax.
