“When I first opened the lid to the body moisturiser, I was surprised at the texture of the body butter. It was easy to scoop up and rub on my skin. The creamy fragrance and feel was instantly nurturing, and calming. After using it, my skin was soft and smooth – and it absorbed quickly too.

This is a beautiful body butter to wear before bed as well as on days when my skin is super dry. I really enjoy it. My skin is moist, not oily and looks smooth. This is such a great product to use in cold weather and when moving from hot too cold or the reverse to prevent the skin cracking. I travel a lot so this is an ongoing issue for me.

The highlight of this product was the texture, as it is smooth not oily, absorbs fast and feels gorgeous on my skin. This is a quality product and amazing value for money, I would definitely purchase and use again”.

“I’ve always heard good things about The Body Shop’s shea range, so I was excited to finally try it myself.

My first impression was that the scent was warm and comforting, kind of creamy and nutty. The packaging also felt premium and eco-friendly, which added to the experience.

The texture of the shea butter cream was thick but whipped, and it melted into my skin effortlessly. I used the cream after my evening shower for extra skin hydration whilst I slept at night. After about a week, I started seeing that my skin not only felt better but looked a more glowing and healthy-looking skin. The cream especially worked wonders on dry patches. Id definitely recommend this product, especially for anyone with sensitive or dry skin.

The highlight was how nourishing the cream felt without being heavy. It felt like something between skincare and self-care. The texture of the shea butter was quite thick, so I don’t think I would use it in the warmer months. For the colder months, it’s perfect.

I would absolutely purchase again and recommend this product”.

“I first discovered The Body Shop’s iconic Body Butter back in 1997 while in Bali — and I’ve been obsessed ever since. My first love was the Mango Body Butter, and later I switched to the ultra-nourishing Shea Butter range, perfect for my dry, winter-prone skin.

It’s been a while since I last used the Shea Butter, but I was genuinely impressed to revisit it. The rich texture makes it ideal for the cooler months, especially after a hot evening shower. Normally, I need to reapply moisturiser in the morning, but with this one, my skin stayed soft and hydrated overnight — a rare treat.

The subtle scent and creamy texture make it a great choice for anyone with sensitive skin. I’m so glad to have rekindled my love for The Body Shop’s Shea range, and it’s definitely back in my regular routine.

“I found the packaging was super aesthetically pleasing and the colours suited the products well. I noticed the scent immediately which I found was quite different and almost musky, but in a fresh and feminine way.

The body butter was incredible, being super thick and creamy, my skin absorbed it easily and the scent also lasted. I feel the scent is suited to winter also being warm and cosy, and the added moisture to my skin is super helpful during the colder months, great for use after showering to lock in moisture and the fresh scent.

My skin felt much smoother and softer after use of the body butter after a few days of use, particularly in drier areas like on my elbows and knees.

I would recommend this product, it was great, especially the lasting moisture, and affordable too”.

“I’ve always struggled with dry skin, but Sydney winters make it so much worse. The cold air outside and heating inside strip away all moisture, leaving my skin tight, itchy, and dull. So this year I tried The Body Shop Shea Butter Body Butter, and I’m so glad I did.

The shea butter is nice, thick in texture, and nourishing, yet sinks in without any greasy residue. Within days, my skin felt softer and smoother, and the rough patches on my elbows, knees, and legs practically disappeared. Best of all, the hydration lasts all day, and the scent lingers just enough without being overpowering.

This product has completely transformed my winter routine. I actually look forward to using it, and it’s becoming a daily ritual that leaves me feeling cosy, pampered, and cared for. The cream is a staple now, and I won’t go throughout the day without it.”
