Working out is all about motivation and music is an excellent source of motivation and drive.
Exercise including running, walking, rowing and cycling is repetitious and can get boring. Music provides a distraction to keep the mind busy and focused on something other than the pain.
Listening to music can create inspiration to workout for longer periods of time and can even set the pace for the workout.
Beyonce loves to workout to “Survivor” by Destiny’s Child. Katy Perry feels motivated listing to anything by HAIM, Lorde or Drake and Jessica Biel pumps up the 50 cent to get through her workout sessions.
The Bondi Beauty team has come up with their favourite workout tracks.
