It might sound far fetched, but a recent study seems to have shown a good night’s seep is critical to maintain healthy weight.

A recent study found women who went to bed and woke up at the same time every day had a healthier weight.

A study of 330 women by Brigham University in the US has revealed that having a consistent sleeping and waking pattern can play a role in your level of body fat.

The study revealed that individuals with better sleeping patterns had lower levels of body fat.

The study determined the best sleeping time to be between 6.5 and 8.5 hours a night, with sleeping patterns outside the recommended hours associated with higher body fat.

Bruce Bailey, who collected data on 330 college women for the study, says consistent sleeping patterns are vital.

When the patterns are changed, it changes physical activity patterns and can affect some of the hormones involved with metabolism, such as cortisol and contribute to excess body fat.

The study found that sleep efficiency and a consistent sleep schedule had a greater impact on body fat than sleep duration.
