What you need:

  • Grapefruit Essential Oil
  • Lime Essential Oil
  • Peppermint Essential Oil
  • Ginger Essential Oil
  • Coconut Base Carrier Oil

Method:

Add 3 drops each of grapefruit, lime and peppermint, plus 1 drop of ginger to 1-2 tablespoons of coconut base carrier oil. Gently massage over the abdomen area. The oils are absorbed into the body to promote improved digestion and rid the body of unwanted toxins. Use at least once a week for an optimum cleanse to the body.
