Check out the lifestyle events that the Bondi Beauty team attended over the last few weeks.
What better way to celebrate the launch of the new JSHEALTH X NUZEST Protein Powders than with a morning of yoga and smoothies. The event was held on the Botanica Rooftop at the Mark Moran in Vaucluse. With the floor lined with luxe yoga mats, the morning started with sun salutations and downward dogs.
The invigorating workout was then followed by a smoothie demonstration as Jessica Sepel talked through her new Cinnamon Scroll and Cookies and Crème flavoured protein powders.
These new supplements are gluten free, refined sugar free and contain no nasties or artificial sweeteners. They are also made of pea protein which make it easier to digest and packed full of probiotics to foster gut health.
She showed both influencers and journalists how smoothies can be pimped out to be even more nutritionally dense and discussed the benefits of probiotics.
JS Health breakfast recipes were also provided, and guests got to enjoy a mixture of bircher muesli and take a bliss ball for the road.
BB Founder Renae Leith-Manos attended the launch of the brand new Vive Fitness Studio in Double Bay. This studio showcases reformer Pilates reimagined. And a Signature total workout coming to the studio soon.
Earlier this month Finish announced their water waste campaign. To help #FinishWaterWaste and support those families impacted by the drought, Finish is encouraging Australians to turn off the tap and stop pre-rinsing their dishes. For every promise to #FinishWaterWaste that is shared via social media, Finish will donate 40 litres of much-needed water to drought-affected Australians via not-for-profit organisation, Rural Aid.
The event including a QandA panel with Rural Aid founder Charles Adler and National Geographic photographer Adam Ferguson MC’d by Australian treasure Libby Trickett, the former Olympic swimmer made the first pledge to #FinishWaterWaste by turning off the huge inflatable tap set up at Bondi Icebergs.
