JSHEALTH X NUZEST Event: Smoothies and Yoga
What better way to celebrate the launch of the new JSHEALTH X NUZEST Protein Powders than with a morning of yoga and smoothies. The event was held on the Botanica Rooftop at the Mark Moran in Vaucluse. With the floor lined with luxe yoga mats, the morning started with sun salutations and downward dogs.

The invigorating workout was then followed by a smoothie demonstration as Jessica Sepel talked through her new Cinnamon Scroll and Cookies and Crème flavoured protein powders.
These new supplements are gluten free, refined sugar free and contain no nasties or artificial sweeteners. They are also made of pea protein which make it easier to digest and packed full of probiotics to foster gut health.
She showed both influencers and journalists how smoothies can be pimped out to be even more nutritionally dense and discussed the benefits of probiotics.
JS Health breakfast recipes were also provided, and guests got to enjoy a mixture of bircher muesli and take a bliss ball for the road.
