Prepare a 240 ml cup of warm water (mix 6 parts hot water and 4 parts cold, or microwave for 5-10 seconds)

Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon and stir.

You can also add the lemon peel, honey or a few slices of ginger for extra flavor.

Ideal time to drink

  • Thirty minutes after exercising to support more effective fat burning. 
  • 30 minutes after meals to reduce sugar absorption.
