A Delicious Coconut and Chocolate Bliss Ball Recipe

These healthy but tasty snacks are a great treat to keep in the fridge as an alternative to high calorie sweets.

How to make Choc-coconut bomb bliss balls. And best of all no cooking is required for this recipe.

Ingredients:

1 cup medjool dates, pitted

1 cup of mixed nuts – I prefer a mix of almonds, cashews & brazil

1/3 cup cacao powder

1/3 cup of a mix of coconut oil & cacao butter melted down in a bowl on stove

2 tablespoon chia seeds

2 tablespoon maca powder

1/2 cup shredded coconut + extra coconut for the center

¼ cup goji berries

Directions:

  1. Process all ingredients in food processor except goji berries then let sit for 10minutes in the fridge
  2. Add goji berries and mix through with a wooden spoon
  3. Flatten a tablespoon of mixture out and add shredded coconut to the center and roll into a ball
  4. Put into fridge to set then enjoy!
