An easy overnight peanut butter oats recipe.

SERVES 2

Ingredients

1 cup milk

⅔ cup cottage cheese

1 tbs peanut butter

2 tsp honey

1 tsp vanilla extract

3 tbs rolled oats

1 banana, peeled & sliced

Method

1) Blend milk, cottage cheese, peanut butter, honey and vanilla until smooth.

2) Add oats and mix well, cover and refrigerate overnight.

3) Serve chilled or warmed in a microwave, topped with sliced banana.
