The classes are 45-minutes and high impact for anyone on a time limit.

This class is designed for those who have never done yoga before. It includes basic yoga poses, fundamental breathing techniques, and postural alignment. A great beginners class to introduce newbies to yoga.
Once you have mastered YogaBar #1 you can go pro with YogaBar #2. This class involves more challenging poses and a renowned focus on the breath which will help detoxify and strengthen your body
The name says it all. YogaBar Hot is a dynamic Vinyasa Yoga class held in a 34-degree heated room. This class is great if you want to build strength, flexibility, stamina, balance and known to help with weight loss also.
Flow is a smooth continuous yoga class designed to increase strength and endurance, whilst focusing on deep breathing, balance, and flexibility. If you like fast-paced yoga, this is the class for you.
If you’re feeling tired and stressed, Yin is a perfect class. Supported with props of bolsters and blocks, this class is full of energising stretches aimed at releasing tension and calming the nervous system.
This mind, body and weight combo yoga class is a great way to strengthen and build lean muscle. The class combines Vinyasa Yoga poses with hand weights and is suitable for all levels of yoga experience.
Meditation is great. Take some time out at lunch to relax, refresh and re-energise with this class. You will go back to work feeling like a new you and ready to take on the world.
This class is all about finding your inner ballerina whilst doing yoga. It is great for muscle toning and strengthening. Barre Attack is a combination of ballet, pilates, fitness, and yoga. Prepare to sweat it out in this class, it’s fast-paced and works on muscle toning, strengthening and balance.
You will walk away feeling tall and energised after this class. Designed to lengthen and strengthen your core muscles, this class is focused on core strength, balance, and mobility using your own body weight as resistance. Great for those who spend a lot of time sitting in an office.
YogaBar is now open on level 5 of Westfields Shopping Centre in Pitt Street Mall and has 2 yoga and barre studios, an active-wear store and a cafe.
