Celebrities including Sarah Murdoch and Michelle Bridges have worked with Sol Walkling.

Treehouse Studio – nestled in the valley of Tamarama – will offer intimate sessions and special workshops featuring pilates and yoga. The view from the loft-like treehouse balcony captures the best Sydney has to offer.

Sydneysider Sol says she is moving away from large classes to focus on the individual; “We want to take yoga and pilates back to their origins: a one-on-one approach or as close to it as possible. It’s here that the greatest transformation and change for the client is available,” says Sol.

“I thoroughly enjoy teaching big group classes with 50 people moving and breathing in sync. It’s incredible to experience union in movement and flow with a huge group like that. But what I really care about is finding out how we can help the individual, depending on their specific needs. I see Body Mind Sol’s facilitators and experts as guides along the path to greater wellbeing – and that is always individual.”

From senior business people to celebrities, Sol works with individuals to calm, and guide them to greater physical and mental strength.  In addition, she specialises in people with special needs; Body Mind Sol’s instructors work with a range of conditions, reduced mobility, post- and pre-natal, athletic conditioning, teens, chronic pain sufferers, cancer patients and a range of other requirements.

Sol is someone who believes in getting the most from your body. She regularly competes in ocean swims, iron man events and will head to South America at the end of the year to continue her yoga and pilates training with Shiva Rea and SchoolYogaInstitute, an American organisation leading yoga teacher training in exotic locations.
