While it may all sound a bit intimidating, you don’t need to be a professional dancer or yogi or even a size 8 to enjoy Xtend Barre.

For over 4 years Xtend Barre has been shaping bodies all over Sydney and helping people become a better version of themselves.

Xtend Barre is a unique workout combining pilates and ballet with up-beat music and high intensity movements for a well rounded 55 minute session.

The 60 day challenge is a program which they run offering an extensive manual of recipes, nutritional information and motivational tools to help lose weight, get fit, get strong and change your life.

All participants have to do is commit to a certain number of classes a week, from 3-5 depending on their goals and availability, and to the diet and lifestyle program for 60 days.

While it may all sound a bit intimidating, you don’t need to be a professional dancer or yogi or even a size 8 to enjoy Xtend Barre. The challenge is designed to suit all fitness levels with the option to enjoy Core, Hard Core or Xtreme Core modifications as follows:

Core: Attend a minimum of 3 Xtend Barre classes per week
Hardcore: Attend a minimum of 4 Xtend Barre classes per week
Xtreme Core: Attend a minimum of 5 Xtend Barre classes per week

Dietary rules apply and are more refined depending on the chosen level.

If you’re a first time Xtender you can drop in for a casual session. There are classes mornings and evenings with packages to suit every lifestyle and fitness level.

There are even modified classes which incorporate other elements into the workouts like Xtend Suspend, Xtend Yoga Flow, Xtend Pilates Fusion and more.

Xtend Barre studios can be found dotted around Sydney and the rest of Australia with some based internationally.
