While it may all sound a bit intimidating, you don’t need to be a professional dancer or yogi or even a size 8 to enjoy Xtend Barre.

For over 4 years Xtend Barre has been shaping bodies all over Sydney and helping people become a better version of themselves.

Xtend Barre is a unique workout combining pilates and ballet with up-beat music and high intensity movements for a well rounded 55 minute session.

The 60 day challenge is a program which they run offering an extensive manual of recipes, nutritional information and motivational tools to help lose weight, get fit, get strong and change your life.

All participants have to do is commit to a certain number of classes a week, from 3-5 depending on their goals and availability, and to the diet and lifestyle program for 60 days.
