New Fitness Gear Motivates – Fact

One of the easiest ways to get your bikini body into action is to increase your motivation with new fitness gear.

New on-trend fitness gear can instantly put you in the right frame of mind to work out.

As the Northwestern University researcher Hajo Adam explains, “It’s all about the symbolic meaning that you associate with a particular item of clothing. When you wear fitness gear, you become more active and more likely to go to the gym and work out.”

But it’s not just any brand, you have to wear an outfit that inspires you so you are subconsciously encouraged to burn calories.

A host of clothing companies and designer brands have introduced athletic lines in accident years, including Stella McCartney and Michael Kors, while those that have already been established as leading athletic footwear brands are constantly collaborating with fashion’s most respected names. One example is the longstanding partnership between Adidas and Belgian designer Raf Simons as noted by Lyst, in which they update classic shoe silhouettes every season with new twists.

Here are a few hot brands we are seeing around Bondi:

Lululemon
This Vancouver-based brand  is probably responsible for igniting the athleisure trend, Lululemon is the go-to for running and yoga gear globally. It’s a favourite among fitness fanatics because of the company’s ability to fit different body types, with different length capri pants, complimentary hemming, and the clothes generally fitting nicely or loosely in the correct places.
