- 3 core components: Dance, Dine and Dream
- Dance: you’ll enjoy 3 dance sessions per week throughout the program incorporating two fun dance styles (hip-hop and salsa) plus dance infused circuit workouts, a stretch class and a yoga recovery session. No dance experience or equipment required, just a loving joyful attitude.
- Dine: with Rachael’s attitude towards food being ‘big love’, the program focuses on learning to indulge in moderation and incorporate new flavour experiences into your daily meals. You will enjoy meat-free Mondays, wheat-free Wednesdays and guilt-free Friday nights, with nutritionist approved simple and delicious recipes.
