If slogging it out at the gym each day doesn’t take your fancy, Rachael Finch’s latest wellness program could be just the thing for you.
Rachael Finch’s new online wellness program Body Of Dance starts Feb 6th
The gorgeous Rachael Finch is a certified Health Coach, an Aussie TV presenter, author, dancer and mother, and is about to launch her exciting new online health and fitness program, Body of Dance (B.O.D).

Described by Rachael as “an excellent form of exercise to burn calories, build muscle and free the mind,” dancing is how she finds her inner happiness.
So how does the 4-week online program work?
BOD combines dance, fun and fitness in a 4-week online program
B.O.D combines dancing, fitness and fun in a 4-week online program
3 core components: Dance, Dine and Dream
Dance: you’ll enjoy 3 dance sessions per week throughout the program incorporating two fun dance styles (hip-hop and salsa) plus dance infused circuit workouts, a stretch class and a yoga recovery session. No dance experience or equipment required, just a loving joyful attitude.
Dine: with Rachael’s attitude towards food being ‘big love’, the program focuses on learning to indulge in moderation and incorporate new flavour experiences into your daily meals. You will enjoy meat-free Mondays, wheat-free Wednesdays and guilt-free Friday nights, with nutritionist approved simple and delicious recipes.
Dream: the program will allow you to attain true mindfulness and be present in every moment. With life so hectic and busy, Rachael encourages allocated time to collect and reflect on thoughts and clear the overworked mind of clutter as well as meditation and deep breathing sessions.
The B.O.D program commences Monday 6th February and costs $49. Sign up now on the website: www.bodbyfinch.com
