Shark Clears Bondi Beach Today

maxresdefault
The Beach at Bondi was cleared in seconds after the shark scare.

A shark was spotted at Bondi a few hours ago – the third sighting in three days.

It was spotted by North Bondi lifesavers, and estimated to be about 3 metres long.

This follows two white pointer sharks being caught in nets earlier this week, one 2.15 long, the other 2.5 m.

With temperatures soaring above 35 degrees, the beach was packed and swimmers fled within seconds of the alert.

But as soon as the beach was given the all clear, swimming and snorkelling resumed right where the shark had been swimming.

 Were you at Bondi today?
