Do-It-Yourself Protein Balls.

We spotted these fabulously healthy, clean, do-it-yourself protein balls at the Bondi Markets.

Aussie company Rawmix sells beautifully old-fashioned jars to make protein balls.

Sold in old-fashioned glass jars, each Rawmix jar contains a unique blend of ingredients including nuts, seeds, coconut and so on. You simply tip the ingredients into your blender with a few drops of coconut oil, lemon, or water, blend, tip out and roll into balls.

The balls are then placed on wax-proof paper, rolled in coconut to cocoa, placed in the fridge for 30 minutes or so to harden, and that’s it.

Fresh, tasty protein balls.  It doesn’t get any more natural than this. You add coconut oil for the Bourke (brekky), Hutchinson (cacao) and Fitzroy (ginger) and lemon juice plus zest for the Albion (lemon-coconut).

Sydney girl Brea Millen started her own business when she couldn’t find protein balls with 100% natural ingredients.
