“Hydrate your skin with serums and facials

Keeping the skin hydrated is key over the winter periods to avoid dryness.

Investing in a good serum and having hydra facials to unclog pores and infuse ingredients such as hyaluronic acid (gel-like water-holding molecule is a moisture-binding ingredient that helps keep skin plump and hydrated). In all the incorporation of these 2 methods will further keep the skin rejuvenated and hydrated over the course of the winter months.

Here are the perfect Winter Treatments suggested by Dr Anh Nguyen:

Co2 Laser – this is a full resurfacing laser to remove unwanted sunspots, dramatically reduce wrinkle depth and tighten skin. This requires around 2 weeks of downtime, but the results are well worth it.

Fraxel Laser – This is a fractional laser to remove unwanted sun damage from the summer periods, evens skin tone and stimulates collagen production for smoothing out fine lines and wrinkles.

10day Remodeling Procedure – This is a 10-day peel for the skin to shed the skin. Bringing back health from the inside out. Achieving a brighter, healthier skin to reduce fine lines and wrinkles and even skin tones.”
