The sexiest Bondi hairstyles this summer

Short is super sexy this summer in Bondi.

Summer is a time of simplicity, and that includes hair styles.

This season, it’s all about short hair. For those with the face for it this could mean trying that daring pixie cut or simply shortening those tresses into a long bob.

Sun and surf means texture, whether we want it or not. Use it to your benefit this summer by rocking your beach hair all season long, and there is no easier way to do that then with a simple yet stylish up do.
Lara Bingle’s bob has to be our favourite summer cut at Bondi Beauty. It’s easy to manage in the Bondi heat, still long enough to be kept off the face and is surprisingly very versatile. You can wear it dead straight, slicked back, wavy or tousled with sea salt spray to look like you just stepped off the sand (in the best way possible).

Sexy Pony

Whether it’s with a middle part, a plait, loads of volume or slick to scalp, the trusty ponytail will always be our failsafe fallback. Whether it’s to hide dirty hair or show off a great neckline, a ponytail is always going to make sure you look awake, and show off your facial features. It is also the perfect way to style wet hair to avoid frizzy locks or fly aways.

There are only a lucky few of us who pull of the dainty pixie cut. If you are one of them, why not be daring this summer? This very short crop, suits a heart-shaped face with dainty features and is essentially the perfect, no-fuss summer style. Depending on how much upkeep your up for, why not add a fringe or long bangs in the front to keep this hairstyle versatile. Best part is your morning routine will be reduced to a bit of styling product and you’ll still be looking fierce.

Wavy braids

If you aren’t willing to cut your luscious locks I don’t blame you. But lets put aways those straightening irons this season and incorporate as much sun, salt and texture into our hair as possible. If your hair is not naturally wavy, use products such as salt spray or texturising powder to give you a tousled mermaid look, that once you achieve you will be rocking all season long. Also, if you have the length to do so, why to try including braids, whether it be across your forehead, in a ponytail, or a thick side plait like Whitney Port.

The long bob

The long bob is Bondi Beauty’s no.1 pick of the hairstyles to try this summer season. It’s stylish, perfect for the weather and would suit almost anyone. The long bob can be sleek and straight, wavy, curled or balayage. It’s a very contemporary and on trend hairstyle that will take you from the office, to the beach, to a cocktail party with minimal effort required.
